Whole Home Automation done the right way

Many of our clients ask us to create several modes (according to your chosen rules and needs), where your lighting, environment and communications will all operate without the need for human intervention - for example; At home, away from home, and on vacation. 

“At Home” mode: 

the climate would be adjusted based on time of day and time of year. Lights can be switched on in the evening and off at bedtime or in the morning. Your security system can be armed and disarmed at prescribed times of day, and video monitoring can be available at each door when you need it. You can schedule your audio system to play certain music in certain rooms at certain times. The shades or draperies can be drawn at dusk, and re-opened the next morning.

“Away From Home” mode: 

might be used when you are leaving the house for a brief time. In this mode, you can arm your security system, adjust the heat or air conditioning, and turn lighting or music off… and then upon your return, your controls will return to the “at home” mode.

Establishing consistent lighting, security and environmental controls is great when you expect to be away from home for an extended period of time. 

“Vacation” mode:  

you’ll probably want to reduce your heating or air conditioning for efficiency, set the lighting so that your home appears to be lived-in while you’re away, alarm the security system and set up an email notification if motion detectors are tripped. 

All these settings (above) and more can be scheduled in advance so that all you need to do is select the mode, and your services will be managed in accordance with your chosen features. Adjusting your home services or “modes” is easy with simple-to-use touch-pad controls.
